1. User responsibility
Users must only upload videos, music, images, logos, voices, captions, and brand assets they have the legal right to use. MegaX is a processing tool and does not grant you rights to publish third-party content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform.
2. Copyright complaints
Send copyright notices to [copyright@your-domain.com]. A valid notice should include:
- Your full legal name, company name if applicable, email, address, and signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The exact MegaX project/output URL, account, or file location if known.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, agent, or law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
3. Response
We may remove, disable, quarantine, or restrict access to allegedly infringing material while we review a complaint. We may notify the affected user and may request additional information from either party.
4. Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content or receive credible legal complaints may be suspended or terminated. Workspaces may also be restricted if they are used to bypass enforcement.
5. Abuse reports
Report illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, impersonating, hateful, dangerous, or privacy-invasive content to [abuse@your-domain.com]. Include the project/output URL, account email if known, description of the issue, and any evidence.
6. No proactive clearance
MegaX does not proactively verify whether uploaded content is licensed, cleared, or publishable. You are responsible for rights clearance before uploading and before publishing outputs.
